Florida League Internship Program
The Florida League offers several different types of internships in the spring and throughout the summer season. Interns are typically in college or recently graduated. Interns have experience or have studied a variety of fields includings Sports Management, Communications, Event Planning, Hospitality, Journalism, English, Marketing and Business. Application Process
Step 1: Applicant submits resume & three references (with email addresses)
Step 2: FCSL sends questionnaire to applicant
Step 3: Upon recepit of the questionnaire, FCSL contacts 3 references
Step 4: FCSL conducts telephone interview with intern
Step 5: Applicant is notified of hiring status by FCSL (hired, not hired, on hold)
Please note: there will be several Five Step Rounds of this application process throughout the winter and spring. Interns can apply for both League and Team internships. League interns generally are college graduates/ graduate students.

The Florida Collegiate Summer League is a non-profit college summer wood bat baseball league, following NCAA sanctions and partially funded by Major League Baseball. FCSL has an annual operating budget of $500,000. FCSL operates college teams in the Central Florida area. Each team has salaried staff consisting of a Head Baseball Coach, assistant coaches, team statistician and Team Interns. Each team also has a Team Board, a group of community volunteers who carry out Game Day Operations and other support responsibilities for the players.
